Even though the app itself is quite raw, it's really helpful when trying to get help while not having cellular network. But the chat is so poorly made!! Drop it and start using WhatsApp or Telegram to contact with the call center

The app is ok. It looks outdated and some functions are hard too use. When you're chatting with an operator, the messages you send won't show up on the chat. The status in "my refund" function are never updated. If you close the chat accidentally, there's noway to go back to it. It needs a lot of improvements.

Terrible & useless waste of phone memory, I hope the actual support is better if I need it!! Not at all intuitive! And obvious NO help contacts. Won't remember my voucher so need to reenter every time! If I remember it or the piece of paper it's written on! and I've got internet i can see (and download) the policy, cover, etc. Can also try to talk to doctor and or have chat - but trying chat now & 10 minutes gone and still asking me to wait. Just awful! (only chat ive seen that doesn't scroll
