The absolute best app for new parents, we have been using this since my eldest was born, 8 years later it's the only app I update daily and it has been invaluable to keep family up to date. Distanced family members get to feel a part of how fast they all grow up and I download the timeline once a year to keep everything safe. I recommend to every parent I come across, if you're looking for a way to share your child's little moments, stories and photos with family, this is the one.

I have used back then (formerly lifecake) for over 7 years. It's a great app, which is why I pay the monthly fee. I have currently used up all my available memory and can no longer upload any photos or videos of my children. The app says more memory coming soon, but has done for months. When will the extra memory be available

Have had this app since lifecake days, always been great at fixing issues and communicating. For the last week I've been trying to resolve an issue with treasures and have had the worst experience to try to get it resolved. Really disappointing.

Used this app for 10 years. In the last year I have been unable to upload photos edited in Instagram that are saved to my camera reel as .jpg files. This is essentially all the photos I want to upload. I'm no closer to getting this sorted with BackThen, their response has basically been tough. Instagram is one of the biggest photo editing apps on the planet, it's insane to not ensure people can store photos that have been edited on it. Considering moving platforms as its no longer worth the £
