When I click on more details from notifications or e-mails, it takes me to all the leads in the app. Then I have to scroll through all of them. It would be nice to add a function like "add to favourites" then I can view all the ones I am interested in. Further filtering would be helpful to skim out the leads that I get notifications for. Example, gender/location if a lead is in JHB and prefers a male/ in-person, then it doesn't notify me because I am a female & based in Cape Town.

Having to send them an email to cancel the elite pro benefit but you can just click a button to sign up is very unethical initially I had given a good rating but this is very frustrating. I have spent a lot of money on bark and I'm leaving.

The "contact lead" button is huge, and I always miss and click it mistakenly, which buys the lead automatically. It is basically a one-click buy without a confirmation, which is illegal. It is impossible to copy a text from the app, such as a phone number, email address, etc. Most of the leads that you get are trash and you need to spend a lot of time every day to gamble and filter them out. It is a disaster for business owners, unfortunately.
