earphones great, app shocking, unable to turn off some settings that make the earphones unusable. wearing a hat whilst running? turns off as thinks the touch pad is activated. watching a show and want to remove an earphone to talk to wife? auto pauses. some features need to be optional and they are not

App is junk, got some used Bose earbuds. They sound great but the pairing to my phone was pretty poor, wouldn't connect to my phone when I wanted them to but would randomly connect to my phone while my car BT was on and would cut off what I was trying to listen to. So I figured the app might help with that, I got to the pairing procedure and every time it finds my headphones and I click more info it just takes me back to downloading the app in the app store. Probably going to switch brands
