All my documents pass but the location fails. I'm standing in my living room. What am I supposed to do, climb into my mailbox? Seriously though, there is no feedback to let me troubleshoot the problem.

What a colossal waste of time & effort! I first attempted to register on my phone but wasn't able to get it to "read" my passport. So I dutifully went to the post office & verified in person. Got the email to set up the app, followed the directions, & waited to hear from the LPC. Got that email, followed the instructions in it - app was frozen. I've installed & un-installed this app several times, only to have it freeze again & again. I refuse to start the process over. Sorry, Mr Carney.
