Lauren was wonderful with our 18 month old son! She was able to engage him properly and he really enjoyed all the time with her. She was our temporary babysitter and she always came through and was on time. Most importantly our son enjoyed being with her and had lots of fun. She also has a good understanding of the Montessori methods thus applying that while she was with our son. We would definitely recommend her and would use her again.

Messages never seem to send..this is very frustrating on the caregivers and families seeking care!..but alot of positive about app.. actually love using it and CAN be a great resource.. but the messaging issues continue!

The other reviewer Ceara is spot on. Also I'd have to say one of the things that annoys me the most is that if you are searching through caregivers, tap on one to view the profile, and then go back to the search results afterward, you are brought right back to the top of the results. So you have to scroll all the way down again each time. It's so frustrating, and the website doesn't behave this way. The website brings you back to where you previously were in the search results.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used from a UI/UX experience. If there were quality alternatives I would absolutely switch. The service is so great and needed, yet, the experience so bad. Here are some recommendations that would make it less bad: 1. I've been needing to message using the website, because the "send" button disappears when I type up a message 2. I hate the generic messages that make up people's profile (Too little space for all the feedback. Happy to provide more!)

Im feel hoodwinked. While signing up, I was charged an additional $60, and I thought it was the amount I would be paying when it renewed, then I realized it was an additional charge. I contacted them immediately and they refused to give me a refund. It has been escalated... Im still waiting for a response and a refund. With the app being super slow and literally not being able to even respond, it makes this app useless without a subscription. I'd give a zero if I could.
