The first said part could be here Monday. So, I set up an appointment to get my truck inspected Wednesday. So, I get emails 2 days in a row pushing back delivery. Now, part is not supposed to be here till Friday. So, I have to make extra calls canceling and reset my appointment. Now, one of our vehicles is down extra time, so I have to juggle 3 drivers going to 3 jobs with 2 vehicles. Thanks, just what I need, extra work and extra juggling. Don't say you can get the part here when you can't.

every item i received was either open, or with a damage. Torn box. when you are in a hurry to get your job done and you radiator fins are bent then what do you do. you should not have to pay for insurance on shipping if you are already paying shipping cost. shipments arrived later than promised, again delays. And on top of that you have to pay for returns shipping if it's damaged through transit and not because of faulty parts. Not having a good experience considering the size of my order.
