เป็นแอพที่สะดวก ไม่ต้องคำนวนแคลเอง..แต่! มันไม่ตรงอ่ะ เราจะมั่นใจได้อย่างไรว่าแคลลอรี่ถูกต้อง ลองถ่ายโปรตีนเชคยี่ห้อหนึ่งจาก 7-11 แคลลอรี่ที่ได้ 160 แต่จริงๆ 250 นะ แล้วอาหารที่เราทานที่ไม่มีแคลลอรี่ลอกเราจะมั่นใจได้แค่ไหนว่าถูกต้อง ระบบในแอพใช้งานค่อนข้างจำกัด ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป้าหมาย หรือเข้าไปแก้ไขการออกกำลังต่อวีคได้ ช่วงแรกเราลงทะเบียนไว้ว่าออกกำลัง 1-2 วันต่อวีค แต่ตอนนี้กิจกรรมเราเปลี่ยน ออกกกำลังมากขึ้น แคลลอรี่ที่จำเป็นต่อวันก็มากขึ้นด้วยสิ เราต้องlogout และ signin restore purchased
