Activity rewards aren't tallying correctly. Entering daily activities says "not allowed to enter more than 480 mins of activity...I walk throughout my full 8hr+ shift and I can only claim half of that activity?! Very limited activities to choose from, castlight had more typical daily activities and not an Olympic sports listing of activities. Disappointing all around.

Evernort lags behind competitors like Castlight in terms of integration. Castlight incorporates care and plan information within its app, eliminating the need to navigate to separate provider sites. Evernorth could significantly improve user experience by offering this functionality. Additionally, a bug has prevented me (and many others, based on past reviews) from connecting to Google Fit after getting a new phone. This issue has persisted for over six months according to other reviews. FIX IT

apparently my rewards was "in error" told unless dependent and I said I was. The support looked back and sounded like we both assumed dependent, spouse and employee but then told only the other two. dependent aka me got the reward in error. So they made me bummed out and this review is only for the company not what they do or the people. So those who are either of those two you're fine, dependents we're hosed and lied too. We can't do jack or say anything else. Like normal.
