Edit: I called the 24/7 support line for TigerConnect and found that the issue was Android automatically logging in users using saved login info on their Google Accounts. Once I deleted the saved login info on my Google account, I was able to login without any issues. Original: The APP keeps saying my password is incorrect, but will not get to the log in screen to let me correct it. Tried on two different phones and both do not work.
Currently having an issue where I don't receive notifications at all unless I open the app. Obviously this isn't ideal...
Frustrating, and I'm not able to fix the problem. Tiger text now is displaying new messages aqt the very bottom of my screen, and then another TC message will come in right on top of that one at the bottom of my screen. The messages won't display on my screen so that they can be read. It's time consuming to get rid of those. Then I have to open the app from my home page to read the messages. GOOD GRIEF! Do y'all even respond to these comments???
Overall improvement in stability and speed since recent updates. However, PLEASE give option to DISMISS ALL ALERTS. Every time I log into a role, I have dozens of unread texts I have to spend 10+ minutes scrolling through a whole day of alerts to silence.
update: Due to updates being made with sounds, my team and I missed an important page that delayed patient care. I have an android and was able to choose my sound according to the broadcast being used before. That is no longer the case and has affected our job. Please fix this for it is crucial. Being able to choose the priority of each broadcast was ideal and beneficial.
