I love CSE! I am a nutrition coach and have tried a lot of other things. I like to try things out so I can see what would be best for clients. This is by far the best program I have found out there. It is a lifestlye that is maintainable. It is fun and not boring. They have made everything so easy for you. They take all the guessing work out. If you want to see results this is the program you should follow!!!

I really enjoy the ability to look up meals from restaurants and having recipes readily available. The tracking is however a bit odd and I really wish there was a way to track exercise. If exercise was added in and the tracking tweaked just a tiny bit I'd say 5 stars

I see real potential and I'll keep paying for the app "for now". But PLEASE can you make an adjustment to the grocery list creation. If I check "I have" the item... Please can I export a shopping list of just the things I don't have. There's more to nit pick but for starters... This would earn an additional star and my continued business. We very much enjoy clean simple eats and me and my wife have lost over 20 lbs over the past 1 1/2 months! Let's fix this app please!

The app was okay. It's set up to work well and I like that you can export the grocery list. I was interested in the monthly app, not committing to the annual subscription, but the only option is to buy the entire year. I misunderstood that you need to purchase the recipe book BEFORE using the app. This app doesn't have recipes, simply is a planning tool with calendar and serving portion adjustments. For that purpose it works well, but it wasn't what I expected.

This company made a relatively easy process into a very complicated money pit. You have to buy their app, their nutrition book, their butter ECT. The price added up to way more than other companies out there. In the app you can't see the macros for your meal so you have to spend time going through their nutrition book to figure out all your macros. Their process takes so long and is so complicated. After buying all their stuff I highly recommend trying other companies.
