HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Download the app.
2. Start your 14-day coaching trial (no credit card needed).
3. Complete the quick assessment.
4. Add your phone number to connect with your coach. If you skip this, you get the app but not the full coaching experience.
5. Your coach will reach out by text or call (usually within 15 minutes during working hours) and deliver your custom plan within 24 hours.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS

Trainest is free to download. Your 14-day trial includes Trainest Premium coaching. After your trial, you can choose Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium, or stay on the free tier. Some features require Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium (optional, paid).

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play subscriptions.
