Just got done with my first video appointment with Susan. she was wonderful, and took time to explain things I needed to hear and then answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood before moving on to the next subject. I'm very frustrated that I cannot edit my notification preferences so I am constantly bombarded to check the app through email and text. also the links in the email or text don't take you directly to what the message is about so it's just so much communication in my least preferred ways. I would much prefer to get app push notifications. I'm considering leaving the service literally over these notification issues.

This app is consistently buggy since I downloaded. I cannot change or cancel appointments myself, so I have to contact my nutritionist to have her do so. I also only get notifications from the app about 50% of the time. My last straw was getting a $75 missed appointment charge for an appointment I did not schedule and was not informed of at all, because once again notifications weren't working and my nutritionist scheduled on my behalf. I'm done with this app.
