I've been trying to eat more intuitively for a while now, and this app is exactly what I was looking for. Logging my meals on my phone is more convenient than pen and paper, but I was trying to use a calorie counting app and just ignore the calorie numbers. If you've ever been on a diet, you can probably guess how that went. This app is geared towards IE (hence the name), so it has no mention of calories, and it prompts you to check in with your body before and after meals. I love it so far!
I love this app, and I love that the basics are free! It's really helping me practice mindful eating. Please please make a widget that I can click on from my home screen to take me to the app! That would be awesome.
It doesn't let me log that I ate nothing so kinda pointless unless you did eat
Ended up uninstalling it for a few reasons: I think the UI could be better, it often feels too cramped and lacking. I should be able to go back to previous days and add more food, to be able to change the day we are logging, not just the time. There should be a database/library that it pulls meals from other options people have put in when we begin typing our own or something similar. Adding calorie amount, food category, drink type, option to put in meal or individual items, etc.
Not much to this app. It asked me if I was hungry, what I ate but I skipped logging by holding the button longer. I wish it had more content.
