Very good product and easy to use. I did however want to look back on a report i brought but i had to pay for it again as apparntly it expired??? A bit disspointing

tried 5 times to pay for the test , the bank lets it through , but the app keeps rejecting the payment , a bit useless if you cant use it , had to link my card to pay pal for it to go through (the same card they keep rejecting)

I checked an audi A6 manual transmission in Germany yesterday for 29,99£ => 40€ The app shows the vehicle is automated, which is NOT No MOT with Km showed while the car already had 200,000 km with full service available. I'm not sure what data this app uses because they did it WRONG on this one. Already submitted a refund request through paypal, which takes around 2 weeks, while I travel in the next 2 days 550 km to see the car. I expect to do their job well and make a refund

Please read before purchasing!! The service that carVertical is very expensive compared to others and from my experience not worth paying for. It does not find mileage issues! Over 40% of the customers on Trustpilot score them 1 star, and I can now see why. They will take your money and do not care that their reports are incomplete. Do not use them. Autotader is 3rd of the price and gives the same results.
