When I try to connect after not using it for a while it says my device is bound already to another account. I canceled the account and tried to re register but it still says my phone # and email number is linked to an account and when I try to sign in it says my information is not valid.

Since the update I can't see my cams go to get the verification code sent so I can get back in and that doesn't work either. Will this be fixed

What has happened to this!! Used to work fine and set up easily if ever unplugged or power cut. Kept an eye on my dog for nearly 3 years but then needed to use it recently after being home so long through pandemic and find the app has completely altered and it WILL NOT set up no matter what I try! It hasn't saved my user information or WiFi info and non of the "steps" to connect work. Absolutely wasted now sitting there unused!
