1. Camera to report damage does not work in the dark, flash doesn't work properly... 2. Scratches are difficult to spot on dark cars at night, wish the cars had a lighter color 3. Bookings for 1 or 2 hours are not offered, which is where competition has an edge 4. Teslas have what I would describe as software glitches where they ask for a pin to drive or to get out of valet mode, would not suggest driving Teslas, because sometimes even the hotline cannot help

Works well for gasoline cars. Quite a few UI bugs from time to time, however. I continue to have massive problems charging electric cars upon returning them: charging stations do not react, charging is not recognized by the app, charging stops upon returning the car and the charging bonus is not paid. Customer service on the phone is always friendly, despite not always being able to help.

The recent updated version has a lot of bugs. "Damage report" button disappears. No "resume ride" button, if a car switched park mode automatically. Charging can't be started: endlessly shown "confirm plugging" dialog. And a craziest thing: who decided to exchange "end trip" and "pause ride" buttons? Absolutely misleading. Please, return back the old version.

EDIT: do you realize that the flash in reporting at night won't work? all the photos are dark. do you test your app? Shame on you that you charge €30 processing fee on top of €40 parking fine. What a way to punish your loyal user that is already being punished for making a mistake. In my last ride they charged me 2 kms extra although I have proof from Google Maps and the car reading that it was not the case. I am being scammed.
