Forgot your bike, miss the bus, flat tire? Find a nextbike near you with the nextbike app and start cycling right away - available at any hour and with just a few easy steps.

To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.

With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Design of the overall service could be more appealing, just compare you design against that of competitors. More beautiful design language could be a driver for adoption aka market penetration. Especially the contrast of the penetrating blue and red is really hurting eye balls. Please add satellite map in app at least as an option to select via settings.

I like the app and the service very much for years! Very fair customer service! For several months location sharing was mandatory.Fortunately, that requirement was withdrawn recently. Choosing between map providers would be nice in future!

I have an annual subscription and I linked it to Lítačka but I never know how the rental is charged. There is NO information if you rent a bike before the 10 minutes interval. Also, when you report something on the app they respond (NOT always) via SMS which is simple odd and that doesn't allow to reply back. UPDATE I am not able to scan the QR code from the new app and I need to enter the bike number instead. Finally I can see my annual subscription on the app.

There is no way to identify the difference between stations and just places where bikes are without clicking every single dot. I mistook a normal parking station for their's and it immediately charged me 20€. There is no warning that you are about to park at the wrong spot either. There are unnecessary marketing push notifications but no warning notifications which is pretty bad usability design. There is also no option to return the bike yourself once you realize you have been charged.

After pausing the ride, the lock did not open. I paused and unpaused more than ten times. No luck. I carried the bike to the street. It didn't open. I tried to end the ride. Not possible. The app thought the lock was open when it wasn't. I tried to contact support. No answer. I carried the bike and my luggage to the next station. It did not register as being returned. 2,5 hours later it registered and I got chased 9€ and my account was blocked. Now I have to walk. Worst customer experience ever.
