other then the back tire going flat, which i completely understand is just a thing of life that will happen at some point, the whole experience was really good. once you have set up your account and payment methods you are off. parking in the right spot is important or you will not be able to end your ride. this cost $68 to be charged to my card, quick response on a refund though. I'll use again.

Used in Funchal. Really difficult to find P (drop off spot), different on my husband's and my apps, non existent on mine. when we did eventually find a drop off spot, the app said we couldn't end ride. eventually solved by shutting down the app and restarting. Full of glitches! I wouldn't hire one again.

URGENT ALERT: My disposable credit card number which was created for and only ever used on the Bird App was just used in an attempted fraudulent purchase of something in Canadian Dollars. The only possible way this could happen is if Bird have had their database stolen.
