Yay!! I'm so happy EF came out with an app. It's so easy to use and has everything that you would want. I love that you can chat with people before your trip and the navigation is just 🤌🏻

Pretty good, but needs work. The app sends you notifications that say "we've updated the app", but what the notifications really mean is someone posted in the group chat for your trip. They really should say something about chat posts and not updates. Also, I've experienced the app freezing and crashing when writing a long chat message. Idk if it's because I'm close to hitting a character limit, but if there is one, it should be shown and updated, instead of freezing and crashing the app

It kinda works, but there's no notifications other than the "we've updates the app" one that happens frequently. Still haven't seen any updates though. The information I need is all there.

Oh no, what happened?! I was so looking forward to the group chat, and now, the app is showing nothing but the countdown. It even erased my profile info! I hope this problem gets resolved soon 🙏🏼

The app will not load at all. It is stuck on "loading your experience". I've tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple times. Still will not work at all for me.
