I am pleased to say that my overall experience was great, and a good part of it had to do with David, our Director who kept us entertained providing abundant information on history, wines, restaurants, etc. On the other hand, and since the physical needs of older people are different than those of younger ones (under 60), shower stalls need safety bars and non slippery floors, higher beds and bars near toilets to ease sitting and standing up.

On our recent EF tour to Greece it was disappointing to have to drag luggage, over uneven ground, from the ferry to the bus. As an elderly couple with medical issues, this was appalling. Our tour director, while sympathetic, didn't seem able to do anything about this. This was not a cheap tour, but everything we experienced was less than 3 star. The room assigned to us in the hotel in Santorini was tiny. We had been up front about our age and health and have no problem in walking.

Was looking at Kenya Trips and when i was exploring and pulled up see dates and prices. What came up was information on Portugal not Kenya. App is not syncing up correct trips. It was fine when i looked thru the internet but app is wrong. App worked fine before recent update.

I have never had a worse out of the box experience for any app ever. It took me almost 10 tries for the app to finally let me sign in using either the security email and password. Absolutely disappointing show, confusing as all hell to use and half of the apps functionality is redirecting you to the website. I downloaded the app for ease of access, this is obuscating your product. Do better.
