The "instant" messaging is nice. But, there are so many bugs it is impossible to actually finalize a match. The migration of info from previous platform is very incomplete leaving big gaps in data. I feel so sorry for rematch au pairs right now as they have such a tight timeline and this system is only barely operational.

This new app/overhaul of the platform has substantially disrupted our current search process and has been very frustrating. Forcing profile updates to an already completed profile, completely changing the information shown on Au Pair profiles, and a very clunky searching/messaging platform has led to a very frustrating experience. Not to mention that now the Desktop website is basically unusable when that was the default experience for so long.
