The agent who I spoke with had bad attitude. Her accent was so thick I could barely understand her. Turns I paid for the "Travel protection plan" but it doesn't cover anything, unless you have a last minute medical emergency and has to be proven. The plan is a scam, I don't recommend getting it.

You guys provide great, great service but your app doesnt match it. Its actually quite frustrating. It always gets stuck on the "Holiday" screen and takes forever to open up to the homepage. I almost always have to shut down and retry. Please work on it and have it match your website services.
