app is easy to use. I like that you can follow the train live to see where it's currently at. I'm not sure why it sends you 4 confirmation text messages when you buy your ticket online.

not bad but too many screens to get through to book. should be simpler. also, need to publish your schedule publicly so chatgpt can pick it up. frustrating to have to go into app just to see train times. or create a gotrain like simple app to see trains from a particular departure and destination quickly.

FYI: Your password may be correct, but this app has been turned off by VIA. They said on their website that they are replacing it. I just wish they modified the app for the last time to inform us about the replacement or instructions to use the website instead of this app, not just throw an "Invalid password" error.

Generally useful app, and I like being able to see my points and bookings all in one profile. However, when a travel companion books tickets for you, there is no way to add these bookings to the app, despite including my preference number. I also sont seea way to load these bookings manually into the app. This seems like a very silly oversight and makes the experience much less smooth. Highly recommend resolving this oversight!

First time I used the app, it kept returning errors when booking and when I called in, the fare had changed. Second time I used the app, I booked everything, finished payment and the app hung with black screen. No sign of booking. Just call them, and pay the extra fees for talking to a real person, at least they can get the job done.
