I like Frontier. Way better than Xfinity. The way we receive it is better. You lose a star for this: Raises in prices after the first year. WHY? You want loyal customers? You need to be honest and loyal to your customers, to keep them. People can't afford that right now and we don't have the time, energy to call and haggle prices. BE A PEOPLES TYPE OF BUSINESS. I think you would do better to stop competing and have straight up across the board affordable pricing. Only raise prices as needed.

For the longest time, the app has never had p fixed the issue of reading and testing the wifi device to check the speed and change the password. I'm talking about LONGEST! Internet service is great, but app sucks

Switched to Frontier to save cost on my internet, slowly regretting switching. So far the experience has been a let down in terms of account management and customer services. Even the technician was rushed to get the install done and didn't do it properly. Frontier rep that started my paperwork messed up my account and now the app isn't sync with my account -> none of my account information shows up in the app. Terrible app, I wouldn't recommend anyone installing it.
