Some drivers are cheats, on reaching your location they will refuse the price on the app and insist you add money for them, very selfish of them. I've experienced this on several occasions. They should be call to order.

app allows drivers to mark they are 'here' without them being at the pick-up location so you get charged a waiting fee without them being anywhere near you. I tried to order food with my card, and it says payment failed, but it charged my card and added it to the "wallet" which is unusable
