💯 recommend this app. This app has been my go-to app for using public transport for 5 years now . It's regularly updated and has a great UI. The best part is the quick responsiveness for the support I got from the Devs when I faced issues recently. That kind of customer support is highly appreciable and increases the brand loyalty.
Great app but a private software dev company shouldn't have to produce something the NSW government ought to be providing for free. Surely the governments in other world-class cities provide full, tax-funded versions of this service to their citizens and visitors!
one time it said the bis was com8ng and it never came
3 buses missing in a row that are marked as on time.
Doesn't update when things are screwed (frequent), because NSW transport are useless.
