This application is a database of 65,000 famous people. It has kings, politicians, actors, scientists, singers, sports people and many others. They can be grouped by profession and by nationality. For example, a list of famous american actors can be viewed. The list can be searched with the first name or surname of the person. Easily read their wiki page. Each person includes their full name, year of birth, year of death, nationality and profession.

It is useful for general knowledge questions, crosswords, school or college work, quizzes, or just for interest. If you can not remember the name of some American Actor born in the 1970s, then Famous People can help you find the name. Or if you need the names of three 18th Century Italian Artists for an assignment, again Famous People will give you a relevant list in seconds.

This app is so good, if you love biographies of people through history then this has 65,000 names to look up on wiki. keeps me amused for hours, very relaxing and so underrated. People do not seem to know about this app in the play store.... give it a try, I am glad I did.
