best workout app ever! As a bajimen myself, having been training in bajiquan for 6-7 years, this is a really good app for me, especially those that are experienced and familiar with this style already and want a constructive routine, however, it may not be good for those who are complete beginners and unaware of the style due to its body mechanics. so it would be nice if each move has a description of how the body moves, perhaps adding a few bonus clips of how the moves can be applied.
ads, there are a few one. but it's just a normal fitness app so it'll be a decent one. they don't include any full forms. so that's a nono for me.
