Trying to update Demographics should not require a phone call. Parents should have the option to change ANY information in the Address Info, Contact List, Demographics, and Family info tabs. I'm tired of calling each school to change this or that, and it is still wrong. Then I'm told the number they had was wrong. If any1 is going to input the correct info, it's us the parent's. So please IT get it together and give parent's the access to change ANY information in the tabs I mentioned.

03/25 inconsistent, often falls with network error message. When it does connect works ok. notifications are also intermittent. doesn't always comply with settings. 09/01/22 same. Worked once or twice, now 'connection error '. Still not working 03/22. Gives 'network error'. Other apps working fine. Cannot connect for several weeks. Developer refuses to fix, blames school district.

Lady bug

This app is definitely not user friendly, looks like an app created in the very early years of cell phone app creation that was never updated. When the school swapped to this, I had to spend over an hour re-entering all our information. The app should have had the basic capability to import data. Makes me quite concerned about the security of my family's information. If the app can't even import information or update, how are they protecting personal information and maintaining security updates?
