In order to continue taking payments after Dec. 31, 2021, update the app. Then, if prompted, update the software on your card reader.

10 years solid of using Intuit GoPayment a d ZERO issues. I've been at shows where others were having problems with their point if sale systems while my transactions sailed right through. We now have QB for Small Business and, of course, it integrates seamlessly.

Most of the time it's excellent. When it doesn't work on occasion (like, you can't sign in), it's horrible. Intuit needs to work on making their apps more reliable in the real world. There is no excuse for not having a 99.999% reliability record! ****Update: I had been using Adguard private DNS server on my android phone. When I disabled that and used a default DNS in settings, then I was able to log in. I wish the app would stay logged in perpetually, regardless of the network status.

Not happy with the update as it said with new reader you would be able to take tips on reader, so ordered new reader and still no access for guest to add tip, we have to add it into the invoice at time of payment. Also now it says create and not just new so not able to add services, have to just do total of service b4 tax. So now tips are taxed also. Hopefully will have a new update to fix this as it is embarrassing to have to ask if the guest would like to add a tip.

Officially going to contact square to use their services this one has been not excepting half of my clients transactions who have plenty of money or credit Samsung ultra 25

Latest update on Android doesn't work. can't sign in because the sign in button is unresponsive, same with create account (I've been using this for years) Nothing like having a customer trying to pay me, and it taking 20 minutes to figure out a work around to charge a credit card. It's like they don't do any testing before running an update.
