pretty good I just dont like how everything is so slow, it feels like all the npcs take too long to engage with eachother and that the levels are designed to force you to replay them

Most of this game is just as good or better than the original, except for: the map exits. I don't know if they're bugged or if the devs just wanted to cause angst, but when enemies near the end of the map just walk past heroes & troops, and are unaffected by gem-bought items it's stupid. In the original it was normal, but in Frontiers they can be multiple body lengths away from the exit and waltz through bombs, freeze wands, and milita like they're not even there. Thousands of gems, wasted.

it's all fun and games until (what I think is) the last or nearly the level. Where the oil slick boss or whatever he is keeps coming back to life after you kill him. I killed him 3 times and he keeps coming back to life to blast my towers to hell. it's almost like they designed it to get you to dump money into gems or something...
