UKG’s official Workforce Central mobile app - built to make work simpler

Built to help simplify your work needs, the Workforce Central mobile app (formerly known as Kronos Mobile) provides employees and managers quick, secure access to Workforce Central.

Employees can punch in/out for work, check their schedules, time off, benefits, and pay. Managers can take care of exceptions as they come up, ensure staffing and schedules are good to go, take action on time off requests, and other and other key needs.

The Workforce Central mobile app also works offline, so don’t worry if you’re not able to connect to data. Your punches will be stored and the next time you’re connected, the punches will be sent off to Workforce Central.

there are buttons on top of other buttons. for example: there's no way to interact with the 3 dots/lines in the top right of the screen.

Slowest mobile app ever! Takes a minute and a half to reach the login page, another minute to finish logging in. If you mistype your password, gotta wait nearly a minute until the app tells you & let's you retry. It really is sad my employer won't compensate me for the extra minutes I have to spend clocking in & clocking out.

As someone who does software engineering, this is the worst app that I have ever used in my life. First, it almost never works, and I mean this: if I open the app 10 times, it will maybe work once. Secondly, it usually never lets me log into my account; entering my credentials and hitting enter does nothing because the sign-in button does not work lol. You click the button but it is not linked to an actionable event. The app also picks from two different login screens at random upon launching.
