Video live wallpaper do not have any crop video, effect video or any other video editing options, its just a simple video live wallpaper maker that is clean app to choose any existing video from your storage to set as live wallpaper for your home screen or lock screen.
App use openGL features to optimise battery consumption and made considering maximum battery friendly live wallpaper.
Note: Currently only .mp4 format videos are supported.

Really good app, you can even record your own videos and use it as a wallpaper, is Battery friendly. Without doubt give it a try, you will like it.

Useful app, only complain is that there's no option to mute the sound of the video! I want my videos as live wallpaper but without the sound! Edit: it seems to be a bug, as the video is playing well now as a live wallpaper with no sound.

If you want a rating right away before I have a chance to use the app for less than 10 minutes use then your going to get an a average rating off 3 stars.(not good but not bad). If I have at least a week to "play" with a new app then you will get a rating that reflects how I honestly feel about the app and maybe even it's pros and cons.

Getting sound on the video which I don't think should be there. It does stop but then is triggered seemingly by another app using audio... YouTube etc... during and after which the wallpaper also runs with sound. Pixel 2xl Android 10

Even completely free this feels like a rip off, crashes constantly and lacks even really basic settings that are now required for modern phones (9:18.5 aspect ratios are a thing).
