i made ragistration of loungekey. install updated sofyware. but i am not finding digital card. what should i do?

The app is from middle-age of the internet. If you try to edit your card details, you cant. After getting repeatedly "something went wrong" message, you go reddit and read that you have to create a new account. So you do so. But it takes forever. The app is not responding for some mandatory items (like title), human verification takes forever (I clicked like 50 times on some motorcycles and crosswalks). But finally,you got there. So 2 stars.

lousy app that does not show the details needed (membership number and qr code) to grant access to lounges. stuck in Nairobi airport without access to Aspire Lounge thanks to this.
