I understand if it was needed but the splitting of this app into different countries is really bothersome for people with google accounts set in different countries than where they currently are. In terms of usability, it works just acceptably , theres very frustrating problems sometimes like no clear explanation of what bundles top-up credit can buy.

Renewed a data plan here, and money was debited, but data bundle was not renewed. I reported to my bank and I was reimbursed. Instead of addressing the issues, my account was blocked from accessing any data plan, even the customer service 332 was denied me. I had the same experience with my daughter's account. I bought a bundle, money was taken before they returned an error message that bundle was not successful, yet money paid was not refunded. I ask, is this App a scam App?
