The eSim works fine and was easy to set up. I had a few issues logging into my account, but it turned out that I hadn't registered my number, which needs to be done first. This is not made clear anywhere and may have caused other people problems. Once I did this by calling 322 and selecting the register number option with a very helpful agent, all in well 👍 I would give 5 * had I known to register my SIM first 😊

Have been a customer for a good few months never had any real issues only today when I go into the Lyca mobile app it opens but once I press anything it closes. Pretty annoying especially when I am trying to see what data I have. Dnt know any other way to find out

Sometimes, the network is disconnected. I have experienced auto renewal a scam. We should be the ones to renew it, or we should be given options to choose. I previously lost my money fewer times due to autorenuewal. The customer service is very poor.

Auto renewal is turned on automatically.. there's absolutely no way to turn it off!! Its a scam! Tried calling on 1923 but there's no option to talk to any person. Everything is pre recorded. The only email they have is appsupport. I see that many others are facing same problem with auto renewal. If you can't provide good service then you'll definitely lose customers! And why do you have to activate auto renewal for everyone automatically? I am moving away from Lycamobile ASAP!!
