the app has been okay so far, but ever since they enforced the VoLTE thing, the network has been horrendous. Had zero calls incoming and outgoing for a few days. My phone supports VoLTE and yet I too suffered this fate. Their only remedy for this is to change the handset or change the network operator to somebody else. I purchased the yearly subscription 6 months ago, will wait out a few months more and switch away from this network. Giving it 2 stars because it was decent before this drama.

Horrendous performance and anxiety inducing errors. I've had instances where the app fails to load entirely, and instances where it alerts me that my number has been ported, as well as instances where my number isn't valid, supposedly. Pick a struggle, please. There's also the issue of payments just crashing half the time. Playing with my money is instantly 3 strikes for me, and is inexcusable. The new app has a nicer interface, but the garbage backend has gotten worse, if anything.
