works decent. doesn't usually log me out for no reason like booker does. can be difficult to navigate the inner workings of profiles, schedules, services, etc. depending on how they are organized. have had some weird issues with not being able to clock in, not being able to edit the website on older apple devices, etc. was worse after recent updates, but still functions similarly.

this app is pretty bad. some examples: -if im trying to look at the schedule on Thursday the 20th, the app takes me to the 13th. this happens 20% of the time -i get logged out of the app once every two weeks or so -10-30% of the time, calendar won't load. -10-30% of the time I'll log an appointment and the app will refresh to the default page without logging the appointment. this app is bad. update: now experiencing a glitch where the app opens or switches to "desktop mode" awful experience

Annoying!!! Frequently need to uninstall/ reinstall to reset the app because it gets caught in a log in loop. App doesn't always work. Some features aren't accessible except for admins not staff. And recently something changed. I used to get email notifications when clients booked/ cancelled appointments. Now that doesn't happen anymore. I have notifications turned on in the app settings but still nothing. Frustrating.

The app allows clients to book without giving contact info. If you run an appointment based business, you have no way to require a phone number to be given before people book. my business saw a significant no call no show rate increase since this was instituted. We have used mindbody for a little under 2 years and I cant switch away fast enough. absolutely horrible. Not user friendly at all on the back end. Runs like a decent platform bought and stripped down by a hedge fund. AVOID.
