If online shopping is your prefer way to shop but personally u can't beat actually touching n feeling the products, online shopping get more of a rip off every year from terrible quality to deceiving u on the size of the item, any way they can make extra cash at your expense...believe me they will and they take the con to the next level by including cheap toxic metal mixed with real gold,they do it to keep the weight up and don't care ir they are injuring ans even killing people:(

App is very slow and a backward click takes you back to home instead of the previous viewed. Discounts are on web orders and are sent to the store to collect ........ I would like to just go to the store but items are more expensive, sounds stupid to me ! Example, I had a suit in my hand and at the till a member of staff said there was 40% off if I purchased online, I did and had to return to the store after 4 days to collect ! mental.

An app update means a change in password is needed. Clicked "reset password" which sent me a link which only opens the app from where the function to reset password is not available. Emailed the customer service address in the "reset" emails, this bounces back as a non working address. Tried the email address from the app store support link, but that only accepts emails from contacts on its list. Absolute joke. Hence the need for a negative public review to try and make contact!
