The app is absolutely useless and neuron insurance used to be great but since around Oct/Nov 2023 they have been an absolute disaster to deal with, no logic in rejections and approvals, and the app has no added value to clarify requests and verify. I don't know what changed...but a disaster and for me in a very sensitive time (during a risky pregnancy where I had to worry about clotting and gestational diabetes and giving birth)
