it helped me get normal sleep and get of sleeping pills after six months, so it's great and I recommend it. AI coach didn't work, but if you have questions they will answer. the only reason I gave only 4 stars is because daily articles are limited to 24, I would love to learn more
I subscribed only for 7 days without an upgrade or anything like continuous subscription, but after the 7 days they automatically charged my card for 50 USD for one month of subscription without my consent. Update: they refunded the money, but still, be aware of this fee
This app is almost certainly a scam!! Glad I read the reviews on the Apple store before going too far into it.
