Excellent until a recent update when it would no longer display any drug information. Deleting app and redownloading plus changing password seems to have solved it but loses one star for the faff.

Easier to use and more convenient than paper. However it annoys me with repeated notifications that it wants to update itself but shows no indication in the app if it does, and has no way in-app to check or force an update. Then, often, when I do want to use it it decides that is the perfect moment to enforce an update and render itself useless for a time dependent on the current speed of the internet connection. Books at least go out of date gracefully!

All data vanished. Reinstalled app, it then asked me to change my password, then it worked again. I seem to be up and running again (for how long?) but landing this on you in the middle of a day's work reduces your confidence in the product. Can't see much in the way of a response to other comments about the same issue either

As a NHS doctor, it used to be a very good ( offline ) application but it keeps crushing & keep asking for log in and jump to the log in page and never log in with the correct details even after the 10th update !! Deleting the application and installing it again didn't help !! There is definitely a bug with the app with some mobile phones because it works fine with my colleague .. Please fix it !!!
