Great app for pelvic floor exercises. Remember to build up slowly, adding extra seconds every few days till you get to the amount of time you want to do. It has reminders which help keep on track daily. It definitely helps with the pelvic floor 👍👍👍
Improve the app by sorting the days in descending order so the current day is always shown first without having to scroll to it on every new entry. This becomes tedious with a 4-week diary. The app suddenly developed a glitch where the speaker icon disappeared and the app stopped making cadence sounds. All other apps with sound were fine. I had to reboot the phone to resolve the issue, but it recurs from time to time.
Unreliable notifications I was told about the app by a urogynae physio, and it's sounded great - a good way to get reminders to do exercises I otherwise forget, along with a handy timer that can be modified to your exercise plan. The timer is brilliant, but the notifications don't come through until I open the app, then whatever the last one should have been pops up. Really defeats the purpose of having reminders!
Following a recent holiday to a different timezone, reminders now have set themselves to the new timezone and won't recover to UK time. Tried manually changing them and turning on / off, restarting the phone but no help. Trying to avoid uninstalling and re-installing as I'd be charged again.
The main feature doesn't work. I bought this app to remind me to do my pelvic floor exercises, but it doesn't give me notifications, and if it does it's super intermittent. Contacted support but the guy was super rude and not helpful. I don't think it's right to charge people for an app that doesn't provide one of the main selling points.
