Content blocker is not available for mobile, regurgitates progress trackers in different looks that reflect the same "fake" % data, which isn't an accurate indication of ACTUAL personal progress. positives: access to helpful EXTERNAL sources and plans that could easily be integrated into app: detox checklist, content blocker, guided meditation, psychological understanding of porn addiction. Repackages publicly available (academic) knowledge, hard to recommend

literally forced to buy a plan. I've never seen an app that forces me to buy something or leave, some will bury an X button to get to the app but after it asks you for your personal info (That you NEVER should give out, randomize your details) it forces a plan for you to buy. that's why they ask for the info first, they can sell your info to data collectors and still earn $ from your curiosity.
