Houston METRO On Demand users say on Google Play
This is the very best ultimate public transportation. I wish it could get extended to other areas around Houston. The drivers are polite and outgoing and have great customer service. It's like having a personal driver for a personal experience. Now, the app may crash all of a sudden or sign you out. But overall, the experience and service is superb 😄😄
you have to wait some time for the return trip along time
All too many times, my rides are either late picking me up or late dropping me off. Then there's that 3-hour gap from 11am-2pm in which there are very few, if any, rides available at that time. Also, for the sake of picking up and dropping off in-order, drivers do a lot of double-back driving, meaning they will cross the same highways several times instead of taking care of one side of the highway first, then the other side. Your Curb-to-Curb app keeps kicking me out, requiring logging in again.
The app keeps shutting down and as of late, is difficult to log back into. This is especially distressing in the mornings when I'm trying to track my pickup for work. Also, the map doesn't always show the streets and bus stops so that you know where you're putting either your pickup, dropoff, or both.
In all fairness, I just recentyly downloaded the app. in attempting to work and understand features, ' stressed me out. as a person with the use of one hand only obviously does not help. On a positive note, throughout the years of using metro lift, all the drivers have been great . Guess I will continue to call in for my appointments.
