Thus far in the less than a week I've owned Bitcoin via River I'm not sure if I've made a mistake. Specifically I'm very perturbed at River's denying me a "River link" which I need to conduct the e-commerce that necessitated my having to invest in Bitcoin to begin with. Instead I was flagged as some kind of a risk and am not able to transact any of my Bitcoin, River wants me to wait a month before trying again. Sucks!

Ive used River for 9 months snd the app and brokerage system work well but The fees suck at 1% buy and sell. I would have made at least 2k without any fees. Now I'll be selling at a loss. That is not rivers fault.. but they do not give any benefits unless you recur/auto buy or add a direct deposit. Im about to lose money and would rather use Kracken where for $5 a month you get a free sell up to $10k a month then 1-2% seems typical. would have saved $1k.. Do not use River less you have mucho $$

At this moment a total scam. I have money in the application they "couldn't verify my information" so no withdrawal or sending wait a month because that is their hold on verification give them what they asked for bank wise to confirm they close the account and now can't even call them because "phone services for this number discontinued". Emailing them gets the same blanket statement with no resolution. And when they finally tell me something, it is ANOTHER month to get my funds back.
