It automatically adjusts your goal weight for your exercise, but you can readjust the goal weight whenever you feel like it. I haven't tried the premium, but I might consider it. I did update, timers are still defaulting to 30 seconds, despite changing them over and over. it shows as changed in the edit, but when completing a set, it will show 30 seconds

Meh...the old free excell spreadsheets were wayyy better. For some reason all these workput apps are barely useful and filled with fancy images and fluff. Not worth my money. Go back to the old designs.
