Very easy to use while in China. Rides are matches pretty fast usually. It's only once that I had to upgrade the fare level to get a ride, but that was during peak evening hours, so that was fine. The drivers usually pretty professional and doesn't talk much unless addresses, which is ideal for me. Payment option via credit card or Alipay app are available so they are usually not an issue. It's just a bit weird when the drivers asks me to pay for toll separately instead of inputting it into Didi

Works (in Beijing) using a credit card, but the user interface is quite messy (way too many ads), making it not intuitive to use, especially for older folks.

Worst ripp-off, AVOID!! I use Grab, Bolt and Uber so i can fairly make a comparison. DiDi is completely intransparent and THE ONLY APP where the declared price before taking the ride can be exceeded evenso the declared variables (time route) are met to 100%. my ride was declared to cost 54, in the end it cost 96 evenso the estimated time, km and route was not exceeded but met exactly. A complete cheat to charge more than 180% of the price. it would have been cheaper to take the regular taxi.
