Overall, it was a great shopping experience. There is a lot more retail and F&B compared to previously. Except that the interface is a bit slow. For example, allowing users to scroll the items continuously without going page by page or hv option of showing xxx items per page.

edit: once you get past the android issues below, the app itself does work pretty well. Basic functionality failed to work, does not link to google wallet. it opens google wallet, then does nothing. no option to link. update: I had to read other people's review on how to fix this. there is a setting in the 'google payments center' basically the web version of google wallet, in settings, look for this setting: Share that you have Google Pay with companies outside Google.

suddenly not able to use the app even after redownloading. error keeps saying encountering issue verifying your device. sent email to support team but no response since more than a week.

I have used it for about 3 years now. the kris flyer app has limited partners and rewards. the points are restricted and there is a limitation to convert the points to miles. I shall stop using it as I don't get any benefits using it as compared to other cashback app
